Service Purchase, Delivery, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Purchase Policy

Services Offered: We provide specialized accounting services tailored to meet our clients' needs as outlined in our engagement letter. The client acknowledges that the services are provided by the CPA Firms (Nexoa CPA Professional Corpotation or Zed Wang Professional Corporation) and are subject to terms and conditions within the Engagement Letters you enter into.
Payment: All payments for services are processed securely through Stripe. Payment must be made in full at the time of service initiation, unless otherwise agreed upon in the engagement letter.
‍Billing Information: Accurate billing information must be provided at the time of invoicing. Any discrepancies may delay the processing of your payment.

Delivery Policy

‍Service Delivery: The delivery of services will be conducted according to the timeline and milestones outlined in the engagement letter. We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines.
Delivery Method: Services are delivered through consultations, reports, and other agreed-upon methods, either digitally or in-person as specified in the engagement letter.
Delays: If there are any delays in service delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and work with you to establish a revised timeline.
Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations: If you wish to cancel the services outlined in the engagement letter, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the engagement letter.
Company-Initiated Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel services if payment is not received or if there are breaches of the terms outlined in the engagement letter.
Refunds on Cancellation: If services are canceled before they have been rendered, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are considered only if we have not fulfilled the services outlined in the fully executed engagement letter or if there are significant issues with the quality of the services provided.
Issue Resolution: If you encounter any issues with the quality of our services, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to rectify the situation and provide the appropriate service as agreed.
Requesting a Refund: If a resolution cannot be reached, a refund may be considered. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of the service completion. Include your engagement letter reference and a detailed description of the issue.
Processing Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
